Taking Beiminghe Iron Mine as example,the cost control of the various links of the underground construction contract is described.It is required that the representative of Party A and the supervision engineers should strengthen the contract cost managenemt,clearly define the liabilities and make rational evaluation and signing of the construction so as to avoid the loss and waste to the state.
