摘要
矿产资源可供性研究是一种以市场竞争为出发点 ,在现今和未来市场价格变化条件下 ,采用自动化对世界范围内重要矿产地储量的供应能力进行动态定量分析和编制矿产可供性分析研究报告。美国为保证国家经济、军事安全 ,掌握其国内及全球矿产资源及矿产品供应状况 ,稳定其矿产品供应 ,政府出资 10亿美元 ,资助美国矿业局于 70～ 80年代建设了市场经济国家的矿产可供性系统 (MineralAvailabilitySystem缩写为MAS)
Goal of research of mineral availability is to analyse quantitatively the supply ability of important mineral deposits in the world and provide reports about minerals availability under price changing conditions of today and future market.To ensure the economic development and state safety,know well the status of home and abroad supply of minerals and their products and stabilize its own minerals market,the USA government has invested 1 billion US$ in 1970s-1980s to help Bureau of Mines establish a Mineral Availability System for market economy counties.
