摘要
用交流阻抗技术对 Au/席夫碱自组装单层膜的电化学行为进行研究的结果表明 ,酸性较强时 ,席夫碱单分子膜的膜电容随酸性的增强而增大 ;实验还表明 ,Au/席夫碱自组装单层膜可与 Cu2 +发生作用 ,其速度随 Cu2 +浓度的变化而不同 .为深入研究膜的结构、席夫碱络合物的生物活性等打下了必要的基础 .
Self-assembled monolayer of Schiff base, which was formed on Au substrate,was investigated with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) method.The effect of pH value of the system on the self-assembled monolayer and its complexation with Cu 2+ were all considered.The results suggest that the capacitance of the Schiff base membrane varys with the pH value of the solution regularly when the system is acidic.The EIS technique also confirm the reaction of Schiff base with Cu 2+,moreover,the different concentration of Cu 2+ will result in various complexation time.
