摘要
设计了一种新型的由动圈直线电机驱动可用于中凸变椭圆活塞车削的伺服刀架系统 ,给出了新型刀架机械系统的数学模型及其闭合控制系统的组成 .分析了动圈中温升较高的原因 ,提出了降低动圈铜损。
A new cutting tool positioning system for turning pistons with oval cross section is designed in this paper ,the cutting tool system is driven by a voice coil motor.The mechanical modeling and control system of the cutting tool system are discussed.Through analysis the reason of copper loss of the voice coil motor,a new method for reduction the copper loss is presented.
