培养和激发自我效能感在体育教育专业足球教学中的应用

The Application of Cultivating and Inspiring Sense of Self Consciousness in Football Teaching in Physical Education of Teachers Colleges and Universities

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验对比法和数理统计法 ,运用自我效能感的原理 ,在高师体育教育专业足球教学中进行培养和激发学生及教师自我效能感的实验研究 .结果表明 ,实验班成绩优于对照班 ,且有非常显著性的差异 ;在足球教学中培养和激发学生及教师的自我效能感 ,可以有效的提高足球教学的效果和学生的成绩 .

In the light of the methods of document references, experimental comparison and mathematical statistics, and based on the principle of applying the sense of self consciousness, the author does the research and experiments on how to cultivate and inspire the sense of self consciousness of the students and teachers in football major teaching in teachers colleges and universities. The findings show that the groups in experiment are a lot superior to the groups in comparison, and the cultivation and inspiration for the students' sense of self consciousness in football teaching effectively improves the teaching effect and the students achievements.
