家兔巩膜瓣手术对角膜曲率的影响

THE EFFECT OF THE SCLERAL FLAP SURGERY ON THE CORNEAL CURVATURE OF RABBITS

对36只家兔眼球施行巩膜瓣缩短术和徙前术,并观察手术对角膜曲率的影响。结果巩膜瓣缩短术引起手术经线上角膜曲率增加,巩膜瓣徙前术导致手术经线上角膜曲率减低。手术引起的角膜散光度以1.0mm组比0.5mm组明显、缩短术比徙前术明显、穿透术比非穿透术明显。三个月术后观察表明,术时引起的散光在术后逐渐降低,1个月后趋于稳定。结果提示巩膜瓣手术有改变角膜曲率的潜在能力,也有可能成为矫正角膜散光的可行途径。

Resections and recessions of the scleral flaps were performed on 36 eyeballs of rabbits to observe the effects on the corneal curvature after operation. The results showed that the scleral flap resection increased the corneal curvature and the scleral flap recession decreased the corneal curvature along the meridian of incision. The corneal astigmatism caused by the operation was higher in the 1.0 mm group than in the 0.5 mm group. The resection and the penetrating procedures induced astigmatism higher than the recession and the non-penetrating procedure, respectively. The follow-up after 3 months revealed that the induced astigmatism could decrease in the first month after operation and then tend to be stable. It is suggested that the scleral flap surgery have the possibilities of changing corneal curvature and be a feasible way of correcting corneal astigmatism.
