摘要
给出了Costas序列存在的一个充要条件,并讨论了有关计数问题,为Costas序列提供了一个新的研究思路．
Costas arrays are a class of radar signal array with perfect correlation properties. A sufficient and necessary condition of Costas arrays is derived. In addition, some enumerative problems are discussed, and a new research approach to this problem is suggested.
