摘要 目的 :考察 2 -乙氧基乙醇、癸烷以及水的混合液的三元体系的相行为 ,找出适合的溶液模型 ,准确地推算 2 -乙氧基乙醇、癸烷和水的混合液热力学的性质 ,为石油化学工业分离操作、分离过程设计提供有价值的参考 .方法 :通过测定可作界面活性剂的 2 -乙氧基乙醇、癸烷和水的液液相平衡数据 ,并将实验数据和溶液模型的计算结果进行比较 .结果 :测定在 2 98K时 2 -乙氧基乙醇、癸烷和水的三相平衡 ,并用extendedUNIQUAC模型推算其相平衡 ,实验结果和计算结果相当吻合 .结论 :ExtendedUNIQUAC模型成功地描述了 2 -乙氧基乙醇、癸烷和水的液液三相平衡 . Aim:Using an extended UNIQUAC model to study the phase behaviors and predict the thermodynamic characteristics of the liquid-liquid equilibria (LLE) for ternary mixtures of 2-ethoxyethanol, water and decane. Methods: By the studies of the LLE of 2-ethoxyethanol, water and decane, the phase behaviors were better understood. Experimental results were compared with those of extended UNIQUAC model. Experimental data of ternary LLE for the mixtures of 2-ethoxyethanol, water and decane were studied at 298.15K. Extended UNIQUAC model was empolyed to predict the LLE data. Results: Experimental results are in agreement with the calculated results. Conclusion:LLE data for the ternary system 2-ethoxyethanol, water and decane were successfully predicted with the extended UNIQUAC model. These experimental results are very useful for separation and extraction process design.
