摘要
目的 :研究沉积物中水解和游离氨基酸的垂直分布特征 .方法 :采集 6 0cm长大亚湾柱状沉积物样品 ,每 2cm为一层分割 ,用反相高效液相色谱法分析每层样品中的水解和游离氨基酸含量 ,对分析结果进行曲线拟合和相关分析 .结果 :15种游离氨基酸和水解氨基酸中的丝氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸和亮氨酸含量的对数值与深度之间存在显著的线性关系 ;中性氨基酸甘氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸和亮氨酸的水解和游离氨基酸含量之间存在显著的相关关系 .结论 :15种游离氨基酸和 6种中性水解氨基酸的垂直分布可用指数方程来描述 ;中性水解氨基酸和游离氨基酸之间存在显著的相关性 .
Aim: To study the vertical profile of hydrolyzable and free amino acids in sediment of Daya Bay, South China Sea. Methods: A sediment core of 60 cm length was collected and sectioned at every 2 cm. Hydrolyzable and free amino acids in subsamples of the sediment core were analyzed by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Results: All 15 free amino acids and 6 hydrolyzable amino acids Ser, Thr, Ala, Val, Ile and Leu decreased exponentially with depth. Significant correlation existed between concentrations of hydrolyzable and free amino acids for Gly, Ser, Thr, Ala, Val, Ile and Leu. Conclusion: Vertical profiles of All free amino acids and 6 hydrolyzable neutral amino acids can be described satisfactorily by exponential equation and significant correlation existed between concentrations of hydrolyzable and free neutral amino acids.
