摘要
以高脂饲料造型高血脂大鼠 ,饲喂不同剂量的螺旋藻饲料 ,建立血清甘油三酯值(TG)随时间 (t)变化的函数 ,通过求解其降脂极限临界值 ,推算出使高血脂大鼠达到健康标准的剂量组区间为 4 5 0mg/kg≤TG≤ 810mg/kg ,相应的理论服用期为 13.6周≤t≤ 195 5周 ;利用求得的理论值与对应的剂量建立量效函数关系 ,精确求解出最低有效剂量临界值为 377.4mg/kg .
The rats with hyperlipidemia induced by feeding greasy forage were fed with Spirulina maxima in ten gradient dosages, in which one group of rats were fed with no dosage (0 mg/kg) and ten normal rats were made as control. The levels of total triglyceride in serum were detected once perweek during 8 weeks. The functions between the triglyceride values (TG) and the time (t) were formed by statistical methods. By working out the limit critical value of antihyperlipid, the range of the dosages which made the rats with hyperlipidemia come to the health standard was calculated, wihich was 450 mg/kg≤TG≤810 mg/kg. The corresponding theoretical feeding time was from 13.6 to 1 955 weeks. The functions (t l-c) were made by using these theoretical values (t l) and the corresponding dosages (c) and the critical value of the lowest effective dosage were calculated, which was 377.4 mg/kg. The mutual calculations between TG?t and t l-c were also discussed by using the models of these functions.
