摘要
介绍了一种N -烷基 β -胺基丙酸类两性离子化合物 ,与纳米材料催化助剂协同作用 ,对原油有很好的分散降粘效果 ,洗油效率高 ,耐高温 ,可配合蒸汽开采。对降低原油的流动阻力、提高原油采收率有明显效果 ,在胜利油田进行现场应用 。
BN 51 dispersing agent for crude oil is prepared from N alkyl β amino propyl acid/ester,nonionic surfactant and nano material.Its laboratory performance is evaluated for its thermal stability,and its ability in reducing viscosity and washing oil.The results are satisfactory.The field tests performed in steam huff puff wells in shengli oilfield are successful.Oil production is greatly increased.BN 51 can be used for EOR.
