与胃食管返流有关的婴儿贲门部肌纤维解剖研究

摘要 解剖了58例尸婴的贲门部,发现婴儿下食管括约肌(LES)亦有其独特的解剖特征,并研究了胃套索纤维的分布排列,提出恰如其分地切开LES及避免损伤胃套索纤维可减少Heller氏后胃食管返流的发生。 The cardiae of 58 cases were dissected in the infantite cadavers. It was found that there is special anatomical characteristics at the lower esophageal sphincter (LES). The distribution and arrangement of the sling fibres of the stomach were investigated. It was suggested that in order to avoid the destruction of the sling fibres of the stomach cutting properly LES can decrease the occurrence of the gastroesophageal reflux after Heller's myotomy.
