摘要
研究O′ Sialon ZrO2 SiC复合材料的力学性能。结果表明 :材料抗折强度随温度的变化呈现Ⅰ类曲线变化规律 ,即强度先随温度的增加而增加 ,直到转折温度Tm(1 0 0 0℃ ) ,然后随温度的增加而下降。探讨了ZrO2
Mechanical properties of O'-Sialon-ZrO 2-SiC composites were studied.It showed that the value of modulus of rupture first increased then decreased with temperature increase,and the curves of fracture strength~temperature were of type Ⅰ.The toughening mechanism of ZrO 2 and SiC in the O'-Sialon-ZrO 2-SiC composites was discussed.
