Because of its excellent photocatalytic characteristic, TiO\-2 thin film is used in many fields,such as environmental protection,ecologic building materials and medical fields, In this paper,the preparation methods, photocatalytic principle,super-hydrophilicity principle,performance and application fields of TiO\-2 thin film are introduced.
