小儿支气管哮喘血清补体和总IgE水平的研究

STUDY ON THE LEVELS OF THE SERUM COMPLEMENT AND THE TOTAL SERUM IgE IN BRONCHIAL ASTHMA IN CHILDREN

对56例缓解期哮喘儿和35例正常儿血清补体和总IgE水平检测结果表明:哮喘组补体备解素B因子和补体C_4水平分别为43±11mg/dl(SD)和79±17mg/dl,对照组分别为31±6mg/dl和73±11mg/dl;两组B因子差异有极显著意义(P<0.001),两组C_4和其它补体值差异均无显著意义(P均>0.05);过敏性哮喘组C_4显著高于对照组(P<0.05);哮喘组和对照组总IgE几何均数分别为564和262Iu/ml,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01);过敏性哮喘组总IgE高于非过敏性哮喘组,差异有极显著意义(P<0.001)。 提示哮喘儿体内不发生补体激活,C_4增高提示过敏,可能参与过敏性哮喘发病;B因子增高可间接反映气道炎症;检测总IgE有助于哮喘的分型和治疗。

The measured results of the levels of the serum complement and total IgE in 56 children at the remission, stage and 35 cases of normal children indicate that the levels of the factor B and Complement C4 in. the asthmatic group are 43±11mg/dL(SD) and 79±17mg/dL respectively, while in the control group they are 31±6mg/dL and 73±11mg/dL, respectively. The difference of factor B in both groups is significant (P<0.001). There is no significant difference in both groups of C4 and other complements (P>0.05). The level of C4 in the allergic asthmatic group is markedly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The geometric mean values in the asthmatic group and the control group are 564 i.u./ml and 262 i.u./ml, respectively. The difference is very significant (P<0.01). Total IgE level in the allergic group is higher than that in the non-allergic one. The difference is extremely significant (P<0.001). It suggests that the complement activation does not take place in the asthmatic children, that the higher C4 is in an allergic situation, which may participate in the onset of allergic asthma and that the increase of factor B indirectly reflects the inflammation in the airway. Measurement of total IgE level is helpful to the classification and treatment of asthma.
