摘要
利用低浓度二氧化硫烟气与w(NaOH)约 11 5 %的稀碱液反应生产亚硫酸钠。二氧化硫吸收率达99 6 % ,产品质量达到国标一级品指标 ,生产过程无三废排放。设计采用双效降膜蒸发器浓缩、折流式真空过滤机除铁、振动流化床脱水、DCS自动控制 ,大大提高了劳动生产率 ,降低了能耗。
Sodium sulphite is produced by reaction of low SO 2 smelter off gas with about 11 5wt% sodium hydroxide solution The plant operates with a SO 2 absorption of 99 6% and the product is up to the first class specification of national standard without any waste effluence The design adopts double effect falling film evaporators for concentration,baffling vacuum filter for ferrous removal,vibrating fluidized bed for dehydration,and DCS for automatic control,resulting in increased labor productivity and reduced energy consumption
