摘要
对针状硅灰石 (L∶D≥ 1 0 ,32 5目及 80 0目 )提纯后 ,采用硅烷偶联剂进行表面处理 ,用活化指数法对改性效果进行评价 ,确定了偶联剂的最佳用量 ,将硅灰石按不同比例填充于不饱和聚酯树脂体系中 ,研究了材料的性能 ,比较了不同粒径硅灰石对材料性能的改善效果。结果表明 :改性后的硅灰石可显著改善不饱和聚酯的性能。 80 0目硅灰石比 32 5目硅灰石对不饱和聚酯树脂的性能改善效果更好。当 80 0目硅灰石的添加量在 30 %~ 40 %之间时 ,硅灰石填充不饱和聚酯复合体系比基体树脂的拉伸强度增加 1 .95倍 ,弯曲强度增加 1 .
Surface modification of needle like wollastonite ( L∶D ≥10, 325 mesh and 800 mesh) with silicane coupling agent was studied after it was refined. The effect of modification was evaluated with active index and the best amount of silicane coupling agent was identified. Properties of different ratio wollastonite loading of wollastonite/UP composite were discussed. Effects of different particle size wollastonite on properties of UP were compared. Results showed that properties of wollastonite/UP composite were improved obviously. Effect of 800 mesh wollastonite on the properties of UP was better than that of 325 those. When the content of 800 mesh wollastonite was 30 %~40 %,the tensile strength of wollastonite/UP composite increased by 1.95 times compared with that of matrix and the bend strength increased by 1.47 times.
