摘要
用挤出 注塑方法制备了SMA增容PPO/PA66塑料合金。用SEM、DSC研究了PPO/PA66 =30 / 70、50 / 50、70 / 30 (质量 )共混物的相形态和PA66结晶结构随SMA用量 (Cs)的变化。结果表明 ,在Cs=0~ 1 0 % (质量 )范围内 ,SMA能使富PA66和等配比共混物中的粒子细化、界面粘接改善 ,对于等配比共混物作用更明显 ;也能使富PPO共混物由两相共连续转变为海 (PA66) 岛 (PPO)结构 ,获得PPO粒子精细分散的相形态 ;富PPO共混物中PA66结晶度随Cs 的先降低后升高 。
Poly(phenylene oxide) (PPO)/polyamide66 (PA66) alloys with compositions of 30/70, 50/50, 70/30 by mass, compatibilized by maleic anhydride grafted polystyrene (SMA) with MAH content of about 12 %, were prepared via twin screw extrusion and injection molding. Change of phase morphology and crystalline structure of the alloys with the SMA contents (Cs) were investigated by means of SEM and DSC. The results show that in the range of Cs from 0 to 10 %, the addition of SMA can make the PPO particles fined and the interfacial adhesion improved in the PA66 rich blend and the equi composition blend, more effectively for the latter one, and can also make phase morphology of the PPO rich blend shift from a co continuous phase to a ‘sea island' structure with fine and evenly dispersed particles of PPO. The crystallinity of PA66 in the PPO rich blend decreased with Cs at the beginning and then increased with Cs, which is related to and is mutually verified with the shift of the phase morphology.
