摘要
用卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴感染Wister大白鼠,在感染后动态观察其外周血白细胞,经166～174天解剖观察。结果表明:①感染鼠的脾重及脾指数与正常鼠比较无明显差异(P>0.05);②外周血嗜酸性白细胞(EOS)的绝对值在吡喹酮治疗后显增;③T淋巴细胞(TL)的增高有非常显著意义(P<0.01);④在肺组织中的虫卵引起大量巨噬细胞反应,在皮下组织中的虫卵引起结核样结节。作者认为大鼠P.w.病的免疫反应除了体液免疫外,还可能存在着细胞免疫及抗体与细胞协同作用的免疫反应。
Wister rats were experimentally infected with metacercariae of P. westermani. The peripheral leukocytes were dynamically observed after the infection and the autopsy was performed after 166-179 days. The results were as follows : 1、There was no significant difference on the weight of the spleen and the splenic index between the infected and the normal rats ( P>0.05). 2、 The absolute value of the peripheral easino.T phile was markedly increased after the treatment of pyquton. 3、 The rise of T lymphocytes was of great significance (P<0.01). 4、 The egg in the lung tissue paused much macrophage reaction and the ova in the subcutaneous tissue produced tuberculoid tubercle. The authors held that the immune reaction of the rats with P.w. might have a synergic immune reaction of cellular immunity and antibody - cell, besides humoral immunity.
