分析了江西电化有限责任公司 4万t/a烧碱蒸发装置试车过程中所遇到的循环泵基础下沉、蒸发器振动等问题 ,提出了可行性措施 ,总结了该套生产装置中关键设备的选型。

The feasibility measures are proposed to solve the problems about the setting of foundation of the circle pump and vibration of the evaporator,etc.emerged during the test run of 40 kt/a caustic soda evaporation device at Jiangxi Electric Chemical Co.,Ltd..And selection and design of the key facilities of the production devices are summaried as well as the economic benefits brought to the enterprise after running.
