Research on Coal Refuse Powder as Reinforced Filler for Polymers

分析了煤矸石砖厂所贮矸石原料发生自燃的主要原因以及发生自燃后所造成的危害 ;提出了为防止矸石原料自燃 ,要采取矸石与黄土分层堆积 ,即提前实施掺黄土工艺 ,并可达到消除砖坯变形的目的。

Two coal refuses as the main raw material were ultra fine ground and admixed with rubber, which were compared in connection of performance with that admixed with conventional carbon black; screening tests of promotor also conducted. Results denoted that, on the base of ensuring product quality, coal refuse powder can substitute portion of conventional soft carbon black as filler and that different promotor gave different influence on the properties of rubber products.
