摘要
应用高效薄层析方法研究了苄嘧磺隆、甲磺隆、氯磺隆、氯嘧磺隆 4种磺酰脲类除草剂在氙灯与太阳光下的光解动力学 ,以及 8种有机色素对苄嘧磺隆光降解的影响 .结果表明 4种除草剂在硅胶G表面的降解呈一级动力学反应 ;有机色素对除草剂的降解均表现显著的猝灭效应 ,其中以姜黄素的猝灭作用最强 .色素剂量与光解中的猝灭效应存在着显著的相关性 ,色素剂量加大 。
The photodegradation kinetics of four sulfonylurea herbicides (bensulfuron methyl, metsulfuron\|methyl, chlorimuron and chlorsulfuron) were studied by high performance thin layer chromatography under Xe lamp and sunlight. The primary degradation of each herbicide followed a pseudo\|first\|order kinetics. Organic pigments showed remarkable photo\|quenching effects on the photolysis of bensulfuron methyl. The photo\|quenching effect of curcumin was the strongest in 8 organic pigments. The photo\|quenching effects were significantly and positively related to the dosage of organic pigment.
