移动床生物反应器处理染料化工废水工艺研究

STUDY ON TREATMENT OF DYE INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER USING MOVING BED BIOLOGICAL REACTOR

鉴于生物膜对降解有毒难降解废水有重要作用 ,故采用移动床生物反应器处理染料化工废水。试验结果表明 ,采用该工艺处理染料废水具有较好的处理效果 ,停留时间为 16h,其处理结果相当于活性污泥法 32h的处理效果 ,而且出水比较稳定。在进水CODCr低于 70 0mg L条件下 ,出水CODCr低于 2 0 0mg

In view of important role of biofilm in degradation of toxic refractory wastewater,The research uses a moving bed biological reactor to treat the dye industrial wastewater.The experiment result shows that the process has twice better treatment effect than the activated sludge process,and can keep stable.When the influent COD Cr is less than 700 mg/L,the effluent COD Cr is Less than 200 mg/L.
