摘要
本文采用微波消解前处理方法对大米、土壤、人发等样品进行前处理,对样品中所含重金属进行测定,其中微波消解前处理方法具有空白小、准确度高、相对偏差小,是较为理想的前处理方法。
The Application of Microwave Digestion for the sample Preparation YuGuiyun Fengdan Baixin (Harbin Environmental Monitoring Center sation Harbin 150076) Abstract: The article discussed that the rice, soil and humanhair were digested by the microwave digestion system to determine the heavy metals quatities of the solution. The Method had high accuracy, better relative deviation and blank with this preparation. The conclusion was that the microwave method was a ideal preparation.
