The Reuse of Dregs Generated in Cefotaxime Sodium

从头孢噻肟钠生产废渣中回收 2—硫醇基苯并噻唑 (M) ,并以此合成生产头孢噻肟钠的原料二硫化二苯并噻唑(DM) ,M和 DM的收率分别为 2 5 .5 %和 2 3 .8% ,产品质量分别达到 HGB2 -1 5 7-61和 HGB2 -1 5 8-61标准。

Mercaptoben-zothiazole (M) was recovered from dregs generated in the production of cefotaxime sodium,and was used to synthesize 2-dibenzoyhiazyl (DM) which was one of materials in the production of cefotaxime sodium.The yields of M and DM reached 25.5% and 23.8% of dregs,and the quality of products could meet the standards of HGB2-157-61 and HGB2-158-61 respectively.This method had good environmental and economic results.
