摘要
为开发城市复杂环境下导爆管网路起爆技术,进行了爆破最佳网路设计和可靠性研究。提出的首级集束双干线小网格闭合环网路的连接方法,使整个爆区形成纵横交错的导爆管复式多重小网格闭环、电雷管多点激发的混联网路,大大提高了网路的连接速度和起爆可靠性。通过实例给出了设置不同初始起爆点个数的系统连接方法图,并根据可靠性理论,按最大路径原则,对各起爆系统的可靠性进行了分析计算与讨论。结果表明:该起爆网路系统不仅起爆准确可靠。安全性好、起爆的药包或雷管数不受限制,而且操作简单、检查方便、施工期短,起爆每千发雷管设置2-3个起爆点即可。
In order to develop initiating technique with an initiation network used in urbani complex environ-ment, an optimum network design and reliability research on blasting were perfOrmed. The connection method ofinitiation network includes double main in the first stage, bunchy connection and closed loops with four-vent ofsmall reseaus. This connection system makes the whole blasting region form an across connection-mixing networkin which doub1e main, multiple small-net with closed loops are connected among nonel-tube detonators, and elec-tro-detonators are initiated by multiple spots. It can greatly raise connecting speed of a network and the reliablili-ty of initiation. By means of an illustration, some system diagrams showing different numbers of initiation pointsare given;and on the basis of reliability theory and the largest route principle, the reliability of every initiationsystem is analysed and discussed. The study results show that the initiation system is not only accurate, reliableand safe in initiation and unlimitative in initiation charges and number of detonators, but also its operation sim-ple,detection convenient and construction period short; thus every thousand nonels can be initiated by two orthree initiating spots.
