摘要
针对我国入世背景 ,从完善我国建筑业法律法规、建立健全信息网络、建立统一的建筑业管理体制与建筑市场、完善行业协会职能、采取适度保护措施。
Considering China's entering WTO,the article puts forward six countermeasures as followings:consummating the laws and codes of construction industry,building up and perfecting information network,unifying the management system and market of the industry,reforming the functions of consortia,adopting moderate protection,and setting up risk management system with Chinese character.
