In the 21st century,the content of quality should be defined in terms of new idea and new perspective.Quality education means new education concept and theory and it is an indication of profound changes in education idea and rapid development in education concept.The soul of quality education lies in the cultivation of morality;the essence,in the training of creative capability;the foundation,in the human education;and the aim,in production of personnel of versatility.
