摘要
本文对教师在教学中的实践知识和独特认知作了初步探讨。文章认为教师实践知识来源于教学实践 ,又回到教学实践。从多学科视角看 ,教师实践知识是一种转移成本高昂的知识 ,具有可习得的特征 ,是教师专业自主权的保障。文章的最后对如何改进教师教育模式 ,促进教师专业成长提出对策。
Teachers practical knowledge which comes from instruction practical wisdom is very important for a teacher to make decisions in a real teaching circumstance.By way of expounding the characteristics of teachers tactic knowledge,this paper focuses on the training of teachers practical wisdom and the professional development of teachers.
