法律教育问题的几点启示

笔者通过三件平常小事引发的对法律教育问题的思考 ,阐述了法律教育的应有地位、法律教育研究的专业化及法律教育的研究成果应为现实服务等三个问题 ,以期引起对法律教育问题的重视 ,推动我国法律教育学的产生和法律教育制度的完善发展。

In this article, through studying three incidents, the author elaborates on the proper status of legal education, on the professionalism of studies of legal education, and on the point that products of legal education should serve the purpose of reality. and that the article will make the legal field emphasize the question of legal education .The author also hopes that the article will help to promote studies of legal education in our country and to develop rules on legal education.
