迈向21世纪办好现代大学的新思路——湖南省高教学会第二届中青年学者论坛综述

The New Thinking of Management of the Modern University in the 21st Century——The Summary of the Second Forum of Young Scholars of Hunan Higher Education Association

在近期湖南省高教学会举办的第二届中青年学者论坛上 ,围绕“迈向 2 1世纪办好现代大学的新思路”这一论题 ,与会专家学者各抒己见 ,并一致认为 :进入 2 1世纪后 ,中国的高等教育出现了国际化、大众化、综合化的发展趋向。因此 ,每所大学都要确立自己全新的办学理念。在新的理念指导下 ,改革传统的教育观念和教育内容 ,实施创新教育 ;改革传统的班级授课制 ,增添一些辅助的教学组织形式 ;改革传统的教学方式和手段 ,引入数字化教学 ,等等 ;都是我们办好大学的新思路。

In the second forum of young scholars held recently by the Higher Education Association of Hunan, the experts and scholars discussed the topic 'the new thinking of management of the modern university in the 21 st century'.Their agreement is that globalization, massifcation and integration have come forth in the higher education of China since the entry into the 21 st century,therefore,every university or college has to establish her own managing ideas,which will guide them to reform the traditional educational thoughts, content and carry out the creative education,to improve the traditional class teaching system and add some assistant teaching forms,better the traditional teaching methods and means and introduce digital teaching.
