中国与美国医学课程详细比较及国际标准问题 被引量:35

A detailed comparison of medical curriculums between the US and China and the related international standards

摘要 通过对中国 82所医学院校与美国 12 5所医学院校课程的比较研究发现 ,中国医学课程设置在数量与门类方面 ,与美国比较既有共同点也有很大差距。中国医学院校内部 ,重点、一般、合格三类院校比较 ,既有共同点也有很大差距 ,而且最高标准与最低标准差距成倍 ,很难控制医学教育质量 ,因此医学教育最低标准如何与国际接轨是一个亟待解决的大问题。 After the medical curriculums of 82 Chinese medical schools were compared with those of 125 American schools,some problems were found,which should deserve much attention. Compared to the curriculums of American medical schools,the Chinese curriculums have both common characteristics and differences as for the quantities and subjects. In China,medical schools are ranked as the key,the general and the third class. And the difference between the highest and lowest are significant,say two or three folded. In this situation,it is very difficult to control the quality of medical education. And hence how to match our minimum standards with international ones is an urgent problem to be solved.
