摘要
从全科医学与全科医生的定义及现有卫生服务体系的弊端揭示全科医生是卫生事业改革与发展对卫生人才的必然选择。从国内外全科医生培养模式的对比中探求适合中国国情的全科医生教育体系。国外全科医学教育一般包括三大部分内容 :医学生的家庭医学学科教育、家庭医学住院医师培训项目和家庭医师的继续医学教育。我国开展全科医学教育主要有四种形式 :高等医学院校全科医学知识教育 ;毕业后全科医学教育 ;全科医生岗位培训 ;全科医生继续医学教育。通过对国情与全科医生培养现状的分析 ,指出全科医生培养中值得注意的几个问题 :准入机制问题 ,补偿机制问题 ,全科医生的多层次、多渠道培养问题 ,全科医生资格的规范认定问题。
The purpose of this article is to explore the training patterns of general/family physicians in China by comparing with the programs in other countries.Education of general/family medicine overseas is commonly involved in three parts: undergraduate education,residency training and continuing education.Education of general/family medicine has four ways in China .That is knowledge education of general/family medicine for undergraduates in medical college,postgraduate,retraining programs and continuous medical education.This article is to discuss some issues related to such training,that is the enrollment criteria,compensation mechanism,multiple levels and channels of the training,and the accreditation of general/family physicians.
