面向新世纪开展研究生教学质量评估的几点认识

Thoughts about initiating the teaching quality evaluation of postgraduate courses in face of the new century

积极开展研究生教学质量评估是保证培养质量的一项重要措施。在研讨国外研究生教学质量评估体系、评估制度及评估方法的基础上 ,从我国研究生教育质量评估的历史和现状说明开展研究生教学质量评估是知识经济的要求 ,是加入“WTO”的要求 ,是社会主义市场经济的要求 ,同时提出了教学质量评估的方向性、可行性、科学性及可比性。新世纪我国研究生教学质量评估的发展方向是评估法制化、社会化、科学化以及网络化等。

One of the important ways to guarantee the postgraduate education quality is to initiate the teaching quality evaluation. The authors consider the necessity of initiating teaching quality evaluation based on the sincere study about teaching evaluation systems, evaluation regimes and evaluation methods both of foreign countries and of our own. Initiating postgraduate teaching quality evaluation is the requirement of knowledge economy, the requirement of entering into the 'WTO' and the requirement of socialist market economy. At the same time, the authors put forward four principles of evaluation (direction, feasibility, science and comparability) of teaching quality. The authors also suggest that the directions of our postgraduate teaching quality evaluation in new century shoold be legalized socialized and computerized.
