从 2 0 0 1年 11月以来 ,日元出现了快速贬值的趋势 ,日元大幅度贬值会增加金融不稳定因素 ,严重削弱东亚地区货币合作机制和金融市场稳定的基础 ,严重地削弱以货币互换和信息交流等为主要内容的东亚地区金融合作机制。中国是劳动力丰富、资本相对稀缺的国家 ,并且这种情况将持续相当长一段时间。中国应充分利用经济增长率较高 ,金融秩序较稳定的条件和时机 ,深化金融体制改革 ,健全金融体制 ,积极培育有活力的金融机构 ,开发有吸引力的金融商品 ,多渠道、大规模、高效益地利用日元等外资 。

From November of 2001 year,YEN appears a trend to devalute rapidly, YEN devalution by a big margin can increase unstable factors, weaken seriously currency cooperation system and stable base of monetary, weaken seriously monetary cooperation system of East Asia area that take exchanging currency and information as main content. There are rich labors and a little capital,this will continued a quite long time.We should make full use of condition and change of higher increment of economy and steady monetary in order to deepen reform of monetary system,perfect monetary system,bread a monetary organization with vigor, open up the monetary product that have a strong appeal,use YEN and other foreign capital to serve the healthy development of economy.
