摘要
分析了外加热式强制循环蒸发器存在的缺陷,对该蒸发器进行了结构改造,采用强制反循环蒸发器。通过工艺尺寸的计算,设计出高效蒸发器,并应用到硼酸母液蒸发的生产过程中,取得了非常理想的效果。
The shortcoming of external-heating forced-circulating evaporator was described. A high efficiency evaporator based on counter-circulating was introduced. The technical improvement's feasibility was demonstrated by the evaporation section of boric acid mother liquor.
