医院在竞争激烈的医疗市场中求生存求发展,决定了医院必须从患者的角度出发去考虑问题,对医院的观念进行重新认识,转变传统的医院观念——医院独立体观,树立现代的医院观念——医患共同体观,在了解患者需求的前提下,确定医院的工作任务。医院要把患者放在首位,进而强化各项建设,向患者宣传介绍医院,完善指示服务,锻造服务梯队,缩短服务流程,健全服务设施,规范服务价格,落实服务制度,净化服务环境,使患者获得应享有的医疗服务,使医院获得应该有的长足发展。
To survive and develop in the crucial medical market, a hospital should think based on patients' benefit, revise its philosophy of isolated existence of hospital by co - existence of hospital and patients. Before setting the hospital's goal and tasks, one should know patients' requirement well. In order to satisfy the patients' need and develop oneself, a hospital should put patients in the first place, intensify services, introduce itself to patients, consummate the guidance, train teams, shorten the work - flow, amplify facilities, fix the price, implement hospital regulations, cleanse the environment.
