摘要
给出了一种测量铁电单晶高电阻的方法,可以将热释电及其他干扰分开,在低温至高温范围将晶片的体电阻和面电阻方便地测量出来。在O~160℃对多畴 LN 的 c 切片的测量结果表明,在室温附近体电阻率出现明显的转折;这是作为载流子的极化子由跳跃导电到能带导电的转变的有力证据。在温度不太高时,LN 的体电阻随温度的变化还存在弛豫效应。
A lock-in amplifier method is given for the measurement of high resistance offerroelectric single crystals.The transmitting current is apart from the pyroecletriccurrent which is much larger than the former,so as to be able to give the bodyand surface resistance of a crystal plate with single- or multi-domain.Using thisamplifier,the body resistance measurements were performed on c-cut multi-domainsingle crystal of LN in the temperature range of 0 to 160℃.Near room tempera-ture,the body resistivity exhibits an anomalous maximum.The result strongly sup-ports that the carriers in LN are polarons.The resistivity also exhibits a relaxationeffect when the temperature is not too high.
