Repairing wound on hand by sub-dermal vascular network flap with pedicle

目的探讨带蒂真皮下血管网皮瓣急诊修复手部创面的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析1993年始急诊应用胸部或腹部带蒂真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部创面 68例,皮肤缺损面积1.5cm×1.5cm～8.5cm×10cm。结果 68例皮瓣全部成活,7～21天断蒂,外形及功能恢复满意。结论急诊应用带蒂真皮下血管网皮辨修复手部创面简便易行,疗效肯定,有较大的临床应用价值。

Abstrct:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of repairing wounds on hands by Subdermal Vascular Fkp (SVNF)with pedicle in emergency ward. Methods Analyse 68 samples of repairing wouns on hands by SVNF of breast or stomach.including 37 fingers, 20 on backs of handsand wrists, 11 on palms. The area of flap was 1.5cmx1.5cm^8.5cmx10cm. Bones and tendons exposed in 43 samples.Results All the flap survived, the pedicle was broken from 8 days to 21 days.The woundswere repared , the contour and function were stisfactory. Conclusion Repairing wounds on hand by SVNF in emergency ward is easy to perform. And the results are effective. So this kind of operation has quite practical clinical values.
