摘要
本工作从 Ba-PZT 系陶瓷材料的化学组成研究并讨论了电致伸缩效应。实验表明,Zr^(4+)量的增加明显地使材料的居里相变温度降低,但并不显著影响居里温度的弥散范围。合宜的 Zr^(4+)含量使材料的电致纵向应变量达到较高数值。Sr^(2+)离子的引入,使 Ba-PZT 系陶瓷材料的居里温度弥散范围扩大。
The electrostrictive effect of Ba-PZT system ceramics was studied and discussedfrom their chemical compositions.The experimental results show that their Curie transition temperatures decreasewith the increase of the quantity of Zr^(4+):the suitable quantity of Zr^(4+) in thecompositions makes the electrostrictive strain of the system enlarged,doping Sr^(2+)ions makes the Curic temperature diffuse range of the Ba-PZT system ceramics ob-viously widened.
