Combined organ resection to treat advance gastric carcinoma

目的 评价联合脏器切除治疗进展期胃癌的疗效。方法 回顾总结 1995～ 2 0 0 0年间联合脏器切除治疗进展期胃癌 2 4例。结果 全组无手术死亡 ,生存期均超过 10个月 ,3年生存率为 4 1 5 %。结论 联合脏器切除治疗进展期胃癌安全可行 。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of compined organ resection to manage advance gastric carcinoma.Methods 24 patients with gastric carcinoma treated by combined organ resection from 1995 to 2000 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in this study.Results No death was found during treatment course.All patients survived more than 10 months and 41.5% of them survived within 3 years.Conclusion Combined organ resection to manage advance gastric carcinoma is safe and feasible and benificial to increasing the survival period.
