镁与胰岛素对大鼠缺血脑组织的保护作用

The protective effects of suplhate magnesium and insulin on ischemic brain tissue in rats

摘要 目的 探讨镁与胰岛素对缺血脑组织的保护作用。方法 大鼠全脑缺血前后腹腔注射硫酸镁和胰岛素 ,与对照组比较脑组织含水量、神经细胞计数和形态学观察、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和神经原特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)。结果 观察组海马区正常神经元计数和SOD含量显著高于对照组 (P分别 <0 0 1和0 0 5 ) ,脑组织含水量和NSE含量显著低于对照 (P分别 <0 0 1和 0 0 5 )。 Objective The study is to investigate the protective effects of magnesium and insulin on ischemic brain tissue.Methods The sulfate magnesium and insulin were injectived into abdominal cavity before and after global brain ischemia in rat,the comparison was made between observed and controlled groups in brain tissue water content,neuron counts,tissue pathology,blood SOD and NSE.Results Normal neuron counts in hippocampi and SOD was higher significantly in observed group than in controlled group(P<0.01 and 0.05 resectively),brain tissue water content and NSE was lower significantly in observed group than in controlled group(P<0.01 and 0.05 resectively).Conclusion The protective effects of sulphate magnesium and insulin was certain on ischemic brain tissue.
