肺心病血清酶的变化

The change of serum enzyme in chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的 提高对肺心病血清酶变化的认识。方法 通过对 78例慢性肺心病病人血清中CPK、LDH、AST三种酶进行检测 ,并对其分析。结果 慢性肺心病急性发作期病人血清中CPK、LDH、AST水平明显升高 ,死亡组又高于存活组 ,并且与缺氧、二氧化碳潴留、酸碱失衡等因素有关。结论 血清中CPK、LDH、AST水平可反映肺心病病情 ,估计其预后。

Objective To improve the understanding of roles of change of serum enzyme in chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 78 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were examined for serum CPK,LDH,AST.Results In corpulmonary exacerbation,the values of CPK,LDH,AST were markedly increased,morever,CPK,LDH,AST in dead group were all higher than that of survival group and they were significantly associated with hypoxia,hyercarbia acidosis and right venticular failure.Conclusion High level serum enzyme CPK,LDH,AST in chronic pulmonary heart disease is helpful for learning the patients' condition and predicting prognosis.
