小剂量异丙酚辅以芬太尼在人工流产术中的应用

The evaluation of small dose of Propofol and Fentanyl using in artificial abortion

目的 评价小剂量异丙酚复合芬太尼在人工流产术中的应用价值。方法 采用小剂量异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉推注行人工流产术。结果 无痛率达到 10 0 %。无一例人工流产综合征发生 ,而且不影响子宫收缩 ,不增加出血量 ,对病人呼吸、循环系统干扰小。结论 小剂量异丙酚复合芬太尼应用于人工流产术是一种安全和理想的麻醉方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of small dose of Propofol and Fentanyl using in the artificial abortion.Methods Using small dose of Propofol and Fentanyl for intravenous injection in artificial abortion.Results The anodynia rate was 100%.No abortion syndrome occurred,and there were no effect on the uterus contraction,no increasing hemorrhage,and less effect on respiratory and circulatory system.Conclusion Small dose of Propofol and Fentanyl using in artificial abortion is a safe and satisfactory anesthesia method.
