理科复方虫草口服液对恶性肿瘤化疗病人免疫功能的影响

Influence of Like compund cordyceps sinensis(Berk) sace oral solution on immunologic function of tumor patients treated with chemotherapy

目的 观察理科复方虫草口服液对肿瘤化疗病人免疫功能的影响。方法 对 6 0例恶性肿瘤病人给予理科复方虫草口服液加化疗和单纯化疗随机分组研究。结果 理科复方虫草口服液加化疗组化疗后CD3 、CD4细胞比例、CD4/CD8比值、淋巴细胞转化率及巨噬细胞吞噬率较化疗前明显增加。

Objective To investigate the influence of Like compund cordyceps sinensis(Berk) sace oral solution.Methods 60 cases of malogmant tumor patients were treated with Like compound cordyceps sinensis(Berk) sace,CS oral solution plus chemotherapy,or with chemotherapy alone.Results Simple chemotherapy decreased obviously the rates of CD 3 and CD 4,CD 4/CD 8,lymphocyte transformation rate and macrophage phagocytic power.But using Like compound CS oral solution at the same time.The indexes increased.Conclusion Like compound CS improved immunologic hypofunction caused by chemotherapy.
