摘要
应用两步热处理法结合反光显微技术和体视学分析,研究了 Li_2O-SiO_2系统中玻璃的分相对晶化成核的影响。实验结果表明,分相导致的组成偏移是影响晶化成核的主要因素,以成核生长机理进行分相的早期阶段会导致晶化成核速率的显著增加,玻璃的热历史也会显著地影响到分相玻璃的晶化成核。
The influence of phase separation on crystal nucleation in Li_2O-SiO_2 glasseswas studied by means of optical reflection microscopy associated With stereologicalanalysis.The results obtained showed that the “compositional shifts” resulting fromliquid phase separation plays a main role in affecting crystal nucleation.Duringthe early stage of phase separation occurred by the nucleation-growth mechanismthe crystal nucleation is increased significantly.The thermal history of phase separa-ted glasses also appreciably influences the crystal nucleation of glass.
