用固相反应法制备了混合导体 Cu_xV_2O_5(x=0.1～2.0)。相组成用粉末 X 射线衍射和 X 光荧光光谱分析确定。并用 TREOR 计算机程序进行指标化。对样品进行总电导和电子电导的测量表明:Cu_xV_2O_5是电子和离子的混合导体。

Mixed conductor Cu_xV_2O_5 has been prepared by means of solid state reaction.Phase composition was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluores-cent spectrum analysis.Some compositions were indexed by computer using TREORprogramme.The total conductivity and electronic conductivity measurements showed thatCu_xV_2O_5 is a mixed conductor.
