新疆桑叶中总黄酮含量的测定

Determination of Total Favone of Mulberry Leaves from Xinjiang

目的 :对新疆乌鲁木齐市不同采摘期和新疆不同地区桑叶中总黄酮含量进行测定 ;方法 :用分光光度法以芦丁为对照品在 5 0 0nm处测定吸光度 ,回收率为 99 2 5 % ,RSD =1 38% (n =5 ) ;结论

Object:To compare the contents of total flavone in mulberry Leaves form different growing places and growing times of Xinjiang province.Method:Colormetric method was used,Rutin served as control,wave length was at 600nm.Result:The average recovery was 99 25%,RSD=1 38%(n=5).Conclusion:The contents of total flavone showed great difference with the change of growing places and growing times of Mulberry Leaves.
