摘要 〔目的〕本文报道了用尼龙网共价键合法固定胆碱氧化酶,与氧电极偶合制成传感器。〔方法〕并采用将乙酰胆碱酯酶溶于溶液中的双酶体系测定氨基甲酸酯类农药;研究了尼龙网上活化酶的固定化方法及传感器最佳测试条件的选择。〔结果〕在pH8.0的甘氨酸缓冲溶液中,测定西维因的线性范围分别为25μg/L~80μg/L,最低检出限为15μg/L。〔结论〕实际测定了水体中农药残留量,结果较为满意。 (Objective] The determination to Carbamates compoundes pesticides have been reported by using enzyme electrodes in this paper. The GOD has been immobilized on the nylon net which is attached on the surface of oxygen probe and the AchE has been sloved in the solution. [Methods]The optimal analytical parameters of the biosensor have been studied such as the immobilized method of actived enzyme, the effect of the substrate concentration. [Results]The calibration graph is liner from 25μg/L to 80μg/L for carbaryl. The detection limit (5% of inhibition) is 15/μg/L. [Conclusions] The result of determination to carbamate residues in water is excellent.
