鼠创伤性颞下颌关节炎模型的建立 被引量:2

摘要 目的 建立创伤性颞下颌关节炎动物模型,研究间接创伤对颞下颌关节的作用。方法 使重1kg的铁块自45cm高处自由落下,由下颌角向关节凹方向撞击鼠颞下颌关节,运用组织病理和图象分析法观察创伤后1、3、7、14、21和28天各组鼠颞下颌关节的病理改变。结果 病理改变:术后1~3天,以组织的损伤和急性炎症为主;术后3~14天,以组织的进行性破坏为主;术后14~28天,以组织的增生和修复为主。结论 间接创伤引起创伤性颞下颌关节炎,创伤后组织的过度增生可能是关节紊乱和强直的主要原因。 ve To establish an experimental animal model of traumatic arthritis in rat temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Methods To impact the rat TMJ from an angel-glenoid fossa direction, then use the means of the histology and image analysis to observe the pathological changes of the rat TMJs in the first, third, seventh, fourteenth, twenty-first and thirtith days after trauma. Results The pathological changes of the rat TMJs could be devided into three stages: (1) 1 - 3 days post trauma: the tissues' injures and acute inflammatory reactions mainly; (2)3 - 14 days post trauma: the increasing destruction of the TMJ tissues mainly; (3) 14 - 28 days post trauma: the reactions of tissues' repairs and proliferations mainly. Conclusion The indirect trauma induces the traumatic arthritis of rat TMJ. The tissues proliferation post trauma maybe the main cause of the TMJ's dysfunction and ankylosis.
